Our repair service is restricted to UK only. We are based in Belfast and offer a local pick up and delivery service. We use Royal Mail for UK Mainland shipping which is a reliable and fast service. Stock Part Delivery Times
We understand that everyone wants their machine working as soon as possible therefore, were possible, we dispatch stock parts within 24 hours of purchase. Most items will arrive within 3 days of purchase. Weekends obviously cause delays due to unavailability of the postal service and overseas deliveries will naturally take longer. For urgent deliveries please contact us before purchasing for a special delivery rate. Some items such as motherboards may take time to source, please see product descriptions for further details.
Out of Stock Items
We sell parts on several websites (and locally) therefore it is possible that a part showing "in stock" has already been sold. When an item is out of stock we will endeavour to source & supply the part with in 10 days. If we are unable to do so a full refund will be issued. Of course where an item is difficult to source you may extend our search period at your discretion.
It would not be in our business interests to have unhappy customers therefore we do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. In order to reduce the need for returns we ensure that our items are 100% tested and working. We also describe our parts clearly and where applicable we provide a part serial number. We supply clear instruction to ensure you order the correct parts but in the unlikely event your part is not as described or not functioning we will replace it with the correct working part. We can not supply parts so people can test what is wrong with their console.
How to Find Parts
Parts are cross listed by category and by console model. Your Playstation will have a model number on the back which ends with CECH_ The last letter will be one of the following C G H J K L M . For example if you are looking for a data ribbon you'll find it under data ribbons but also under your model number.
NB. Do not rely on the giga bite size of your hard drive (40gb 80gb etc.) because models G H J are all 40gb models but their parts vary.
Advice on Parts
If you are unsure of which part you require please contact us and we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible. Bear in mind that most electronic problems require testing to isolate the problem and therefore we can only give "probable causes" rather than definitive answers.
How to Order Parts
Due to the variety of models and parts please ensure you are ordering the correct part by checking the part serial number or dimensions where applicable. If in doubt contact us before ordering.
For example data ribbons and internal power cables come in various lengths but do not have part numbers. Therefore we list their dimensions and which model they normally fit.
It is possible that your model has a different length so please check.
By registering you supply us with your name, postal address and contact details. These are necessary for delivery of your purchases and for efficient communication.

For your security we only accept payment via paypal. Therefore we do not require any banking details or credit card numbers.
Postage & Package
In order to keep postage & package costs low we use recycled packaging and only charge the actual postage costs. We use 1st class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels. If you require faster delivery please contact us.
We post worldwide, although the postage charges may be prohibitive for heavier items.
